Picking Back Up

A lot of thinking as been going on and not a lot of doing…time to change that.

With a lot of deadline behind me, I can start focusing more on my studio practice. Firstly, I finally finished those teapots from last week. I enjoyed slowing down with them and taking my time. However, I think I need more pots going on at once in order to be satisfied with how fast I like to approach ideas. Three pots weren’t enough to bounce back and forth from. So, I’m going to try out six this upcoming week—one for each new terra sig test. Lastly, I’ve been thinking about this lattice teapot and cup for far too long and its time to just jump right on in. I’ve processed enough of the theory to test it out. Fingers crossed.
